Born 6-9-1965.  Jay attended Catholic Memorial High School, Waukesha, WI,  UW Platteville ,WI, UW Milwaukee, WI  Bachelors Degree Accounting and Milwaukee School of Engineering.

He grew up and worked on a dairy farm and now he and his wife Christa are entrepreneurs in foundation management and real estate, He enjoys golf and especially snowmobiling in the Northwoods where he belongs to the Sno-bunnies snowmobile club. Jay is also a downhill skier and was on a ski patrol team for twenty years.
