Ted was a member of Winegar American Legion Post 480, Presque Isle, WI and the VFW in Marenesco, Michigan. He graduated from Willliam Horlick High School, Racine, WI and earned both Bachelor’s and Masters degrees at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. His wife Eldeen and he had two sons, Theodore and James.
