Donald Flasch was Born in 1930 to Leonard and Florence Flasch.  He had two older sisters Shirley Wedemeyer and Marilyn Schlafer. The family lived on a farm near Campbellsport, Wisconsin. He lost his father at the very young age of 5 and the family moved to West Bend. He graduated from West Bend High School in 1948. He then worked at the Level Valley Butter Co. and served in the Army during the Korean War from March 1953 to November 1956.

Donald and his wife Shirley (Michels) were married for 66 years, since 1954. After his honorable discharge from the Army, they moved to Menomonee Falls. They had 6 children, 15 grandchildren and currently 16 great grandchildren. He worked for Wisconsin Electric Co. for 35 years.

Donald was a genuine caring, and friendly person. He was one of those guys that would give you the shirt off his back and not think anything of it. Donald was very active in the Menomonee Falls community. He established the High School Booster Club.

Deceased July 4, 2021, at the age of 90. Interred Holy Angels Church Cemetery, West Bend, Wisconsin. See daughter Michele’s Father-in-law. Ziegler, Wayne Giles
